Bitch Slap er en yderst original hyldest til 70ernes chauvinistiske "exploitation"-film. I stil med Tarantinos og Robert Rodriguez' Grindhouse-serie blander filmens instruktør Rick Jacobson lækre damer, voldsfascination, hurtige biler og rappe replikker til en saftig og surrealistisk filmcocktail - men med et moralsk twist. I filmen møder vi de tre fandenivoldske og gudesmukke hundjævle - the sexbomb, psycho-slut og the stripper - der er taget til et fjernt skjulested i ørkenen for at afpresse en hensynsløs forbryderkonge fra underverdenen for en massiv mængde penge. Gennem bizarre møder med alt fra cirkusfreaks til liderlige nonner afslører pigerne lidt efter lidt deres personlige bevæggrunde, som langsomt ændrer troskaben mellem dem. Og da flere kriminelle dukker op for at få en del af kagen, bryder helvede løs. Verdens skæbne hænger pludselig i en tynd tråd og efterlader pigerne overfor en forbryder, større end de nogensinde havde forventet... dem selv.
